Overview

The club runs both Ladies and Mens training sessions from early September to late April.

Mens training sessions are held at Wellington Health and Fitness Club on Thursday evenings.

Senior Ladies training sessions are held at Frogmore Leisure Centre on Wednesday evenings.

Lady beginners training sessions are held at Finchampstead Baptist Centre on Wednesday evenings.
